PORTLAND LUMBERJAX STAY IN SCHOOL PROGRAM

The Jax want to come to your school! The program is designed to teach young students the importance of education and sport. Presentations will include:

  1. Player introductions with personal experiences taken from school and athletics
  2. Talks on the importance of team
  3. Lacrosse demonstrations (skills and tricks!)
  4. Brief lesson about the sport of lacrosse and the new team in Portland
  5. We will transform one lucky student into a professional lacrosse player!
  6. Meet Jaxon the Lumberjack, the official Portland Jax mascot
  7. Prizes and giveaways
  8. Special video presentation

This program is available either in a Gym class or a General Assembly.

The Portland LumberJax Voucher Program offers schools the opportunity to get discounted tickets to Jax home games and raise money for your school at the same time! For more information call Donna Smoot at 503.797.9741. See you at the game!

YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE

Youth and High School programs in the state of Oregon is the foundation for the future of lacrosse in this State. The Portland LumbeJax want to be involved in this sport at the grass roots level as much as possible. If you are a Youth or High School coach, or part of a team booster club and would like the Jax to get involved with your team, please call the Jax Office at 503.736.2130 or send an email to community.relations@portlandjax.com.
